Referrals

In certain matters, TCI will pay a set referral percentage to investigative firms/service companies who refer opportunities. Referral terms are agreed in writing prior to engagement, may have a predetermined ceiling, and are paid only upon collection.

Referral fees are not paid to attorneys, law firms, government entities, or litigants.
