Fee Structures

Transparency, efficiency, and flexibility govern TCI’s approach to billing: No one likes surprise bills.

• Hourly. TCI’s typical hourly rate is $200/hour, though each matter is quoted separately.
  • Billed time is logged daily to ensure maximum accuracy, never reconstructed after the fact.
• Flat. Certain simple assignments benefit from flat fees.

• Success-based. TCI is always willing to bet on itself and the results it can provide. For certain assignments, TCI is willing to negotiate clearly-delineated success-based fee arrangements.
  • Success-based fees align incentives, plus help keep costs predictable.
  • Success-based fees vary in treatment of expenses.
  • Success-based fees occasionally require funds to be placed in escrow.
• Hybrid. TCI also enters agreements with significantly reduced hourly rates combined with a success fee.

Reasonable expenses are incurred judiciously and passed through at cost (never marked up).
