TCI is based near Washington, DC and frequently travels around the United States and occasionally the world in order to produce results when results are all that matter.

TCI complies with the letter of all state and local licensing laws regarding private investigation, including seeking appropriate state licenses and/or registration as necessary.

TCI also complies with the letter of all state and local licensing laws in the United States regarding service of various types of documents, in accordance with Article VI, Clause 2 of the US Constitution.
