Overview

TCI’s principal re-started a dying courier business with a clipboard and a dream in 2012. After training as a private investigator in 2013, that business’ focus pivoted from simple delivery to service of process. The business expanded rapidly, and in 2015 won a single-source, nationwide service/skiptracing contract with the Securities & Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement which was renewed annually four times. While leading the SEC contract, TCI’s principal regularly coordinated directly with the US Marshals Service, Customs and Border Protection, Homeland Security Investigations, and various other domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies. TCI’s principal profitably exited that business at the beginning of 2020 leaving behind ~35 employees, three offices, and one of the largest civil service operations on the east coast.

TCI’s principal spent the next few years focused primarily on diverse investments and non-traditional markets around the world before TCI was unexpectedly born by request in summer 2023.

Today, TCI continues to build on its principal’s broad litigation support and intelligence experience with a growing suite of services designed to help its clients achieve results.
